Overview

The report describes BHP's FY2018 sustainability performance across safety, climate and communities. The company reported two workplace fatalities, operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 16.5 million tonnes of CO2-e, and Scope 3 emissions of 596.4 million tonnes of CO2-e. It also reported US$77.05 million in voluntary social investment and progress on water stewardship, biodiversity and human-rights management.
