Overview

The report presents Biesterfeld's first structured ESRS-aligned sustainability disclosures and a double materiality assessment covering its impacts, risks and opportunities. It reports 2025 Scope 1 emissions of 2,656 t CO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 1,089 t CO2e and market-based Scope 2 emissions of 161 t CO2e, alongside a 100% renewable electricity share. Workforce disclosures cover 1,221 employees, training, diversity and occupational safety, including zero reported work-related deaths. The report was internally validated but not externally verified.
