Overview

The report introduces BIKE24's first documented ESG strategy process, using double materiality and a survey of over 300 stakeholders. It reports a 2022 total greenhouse-gas footprint of 5,245.0 t CO2e and describes DEKRA involvement and offset projects. It also reports 551 employees, including a 36 % female workforce share, alongside employee satisfaction and employer-attractiveness initiatives. Specific ESG targets are planned for 2023.
