Overview

The report describes BILLA Czech Republic's 2024 sustainability efforts, including the opening of its first green-concept store in Vracov using wood construction, solar power, rainwater harvesting and waste-heat recovery. It reports 98,477 tons of CO2 emissions for 2024 and an almost 24% reduction from 2023. Food-waste initiatives donated 787 tons to food banks and prevented more than 930 tons of fruit and vegetables from being wasted.
