Overview

The report presents BİM's 2021 ESG performance for 1 January-31 December, covering Turkey operations except that financial indicators include foreign operations. It reports 70,197 employees, TL 70.5 billion consolidated net sales, 517,458 ton CO2 equivalent Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 847,706 MWh total net energy consumption, and 648,908 m3 water consumption. Highlights include 1,643 MWh of solar-generated electricity, approximately 317 thousand tons of solid waste, and a 20% GHG-intensity reduction target by 2026 alongside a 2030 store-design target.
