Sustainable Development Report

Overview

The report presents BIWASE's 2024 ESG activities across water, waste, energy, governance and workforce. It reports 2,416 stable jobs, 34 training courses and 5,331 people trained. Environmental highlights include 100% reuse of wastewater in water-supply treatment, 7,116.4 MW of waste-to-energy electricity, and a 4.8% water-loss rate. The report also describes five subsidiaries launched and a 200-ton/day waste-to-energy plant.
