Overview

The report is Biocytogen's first ESG report for 2022, prepared under HKEX ESG Reporting Guidelines and covering the Group's operations. It describes a four-level ESG governance structure in which the Board has overall supervision and an ESG Committee supports oversight. The Group reports 19,472.49 tonnes of CO2e emissions, 19,472,190.01 kWh of purchased electricity, 110,233.00 tonnes of water consumption, and 1,348 employees. It also reports 45 customer complaints resolved, no corruption cases, and no employee work-related fatalities over the past three years.
