Overview

The report presents the Bitron Group's 2020 sustainability performance across economic, social and environmental topics, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards using the core option. It reports 5,577 employees and a total workforce of 7,792, alongside 560,105 GJ of total energy consumption and 51,641 tonnes CO2e of total location-based emissions. The emissions figures were restated for comparative purposes after the reporting system was improved. Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. provided limited assurance over the Sustainability Report.
