Overview

The report describes Blackbaud's 2020 response to the pandemic through expanded ESG reporting, board oversight, an employee-led ESG Steering Committee, and extensive giving and volunteering. It reports 3,130 global employees, 92% employee volunteering, 7,525 mWh of total office energy consumption, 2% renewable energy, and 6,280 Tonnes Co2/e of location-based Scope 2 emissions. The report also records Blackbaud's early-2021 membership in the UN Global Compact.
