The report presents the company’s first comprehensive Group-wide greenhouse gas calculation including Scope 3 emissions, alongside a double-materiality assessment that identifies four priority topics: climate change, resource use and circular economy, own workforce, and business conduct. In 2023, renewable sources accounted for 43% of total energy consumption and total waste generated was 16,525.10 tons. The company reported 7,913 employees and expanded its digital learning program to 1,037 courses, with 79,805 training hours delivered.
