The report highlights Blue Cross Complete's 2023 work to support Medicaid members during redetermination, expand dental access and improve maternal and child health. It reports 330,174 members served, 987 community events supported and 2,598 employee volunteer hours. Digital care expanded through MDLive, with more than 1,000 appointments and 65% of patients reporting an excellent experience.
