Overview

The report describes BlueScope's FY2018 sustainability performance across climate, energy, people, governance and environmental management. It reports in alignment with the core option of the GRI Standards and presents TCFD-aligned climate-risk disclosures. A key commitment is a 33 per cent reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions intensity at the steelmaking sites by 2030 against a 2005 baseline. The report also highlights improved gender representation, including 33 per cent women on the Board and Executive Leadership Team.
