Overview

The report describes Böllhoff's 2021 sustainability activities across Germany, Brazil, China and France, following an expanded international scope. It reports 2021 Scope 1 emissions of 3,915 t CO2e, Scope 2 of 10,066 t CO2e and a selected Scope 3 total of 422 t CO2e, alongside a 25% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for 2024 and carbon neutrality by 2030. It also reports 2,422 employees in the reviewed locations, a 26.78% female workforce share, and 5,651 t of waste generated, excluding sales-only offices.
