Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes the Group's 2017-2022 CSR strategy around innovation, workforce, ethics and local development. Its 2016 materiality analysis identified 13 issues, six as priorities. Environmental disclosures report 294,849 metric tons of CO2 eq. of Scope 1 emissions and 76,787 metric tons of Scope 2, while Scope 3 measurement began for main items. The report also gives 58,023 employees at December 31, 2016 and 25,720 employees benefiting from training, averaging 24 hours per employee involved.
