Overview

The report describes Bolton Group's 2021 expansion through the acquisitions of Wild Planet, The Tuna Store and Madel, strengthening its sustainable tuna and home-care businesses. It established a new central sustainability function, Heads of Sustainability in the Business Units and a Sustainability Advisory Board, with the Group Sustainable Development Director reporting directly to the Board. The report also presents progress toward 2025 objectives, including 81% renewable electricity and a 17% relative reduction in CO2 emissions. Bolton joined the United Nations Global Compact in March 2021 and continued partnerships with WWF and Oxfam.
