Overview

The report presents Borussia Dortmund's first Sustainability Statement prepared using ESRS and a double materiality assessment. It reports 2024/2025 gross emissions of 1,022 t CO2 for Scope 1, 6,458 t CO2 location-based Scope 2 and 43,443 t CO2 Scope 3, alongside 44% renewable energy and 61,784 m3 water consumption. The company has set 2030 reduction targets and carbon-neutrality in Scopes 1 and 2 by 2040. Social disclosures cover 1,057 employees, workforce measures, fan dialogue and anti-discrimination initiatives.
