It reports 6,255.1 GWh of energy consumption, 16.9 million cubic meters of water consumption, and 548,700 metric tons of waste. Bosch employed 281,717 associates and recorded one fatal accident, while its sustainability program included a worldwide 20 percent CO2 reduction target for 2020.
