Overview

The report is Boss Energy's first Sustainability Report, covering 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. It reports 3,633 tCO2e of estimated GHG emissions, comprising 1,683 Scope 1, 742 Scope 2 and 1,208 Scope 3, while noting that a full Scope 3 value-chain assessment has not yet been conducted. The workforce section reports 139 team members and 18% female representation, alongside 25 female team members. The report also presents a materiality matrix, environmental and radiation management practices, water metrics, and a roadmap for future climate and ESG reporting.
