Overview

The report describes BU Dining's sustainability work across 28 campus locations and more than 575 associates, highlighting 18% local and/or sustainable sourcing, 607 tons of food waste diverted, and 6 million meals served. It also reports a 78% reduction in disposable packaging through Choose to Reuse, eight Certified Green Restaurants, and more than 8,100 pounds of food donated to local recovery partners.
