Overview

The report presents Boustead Holdings Berhad's first integrated reporting format for FY2021, covering financial and non-financial performance across the Group. Group revenue rose to RM11.3 billion and profit after tax reached RM479 million after six quarters of losses. Sustainability disclosures report 1,054,042.7 tCO2-e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 2,739,903.7 GJ of energy consumption, 16,520 employees, and one workplace fatality. The Group also set a net-zero emissions target for 2050, while Board-level sustainability governance and a 27% women-director representation were disclosed.
