Overview

The report describes Boyaa's 2022 ESG performance across energy, emissions, water and waste, alongside employee, health and safety, training, labour standards, supply-chain, product responsibility, anti-corruption and community initiatives. It reports 510,639 kWh of electricity consumption, approximately 405 tons of GHG emissions, approximately 2,489 tons of water consumption and approximately 0.9 tons of non-hazardous general waste. The Group had 309 employees, trained 195 employees for 600 hours, and reported no work-related fatalities during the reporting period. ESG oversight was assigned to the Board, supported by an ESG working group.
