Overview

The report covers British Land's 2014/15 sustainability performance across environmental and social topics. It highlights 39% lower Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 40% lower landlord-influenced energy use against the 2009 baseline. The community programme benefited 18,800 people, while 88% of major properties and developments achieved best practice or strong performance on applicable Community Charter commitments. Selected environmental, workforce, diversity, and health and safety data was independently assured by PwC.
