Overview

The report describes further progress against British Land's 2030 Sustainability Strategy, including a 38% reduction in managed-portfolio carbon intensity since FY19 and 68% of the portfolio rated EPC A or B. Social impact programmes brought cumulative education and employment partnership beneficiaries to 66,756, while £120m of direct social and economic value was generated since FY21.
