Overview

The report describes the company's 2020 progress across employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, climate action and property sustainability. Brixmor reported 131,489 MWh of total energy consumption, 3,722 tonnes of Scope 1 emissions, 22,705 tonnes of Scope 2 emissions and 95,873 metric tonnes of waste. The company set a 50% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for 2030 and a Net Zero Carbon commitment for 2045 in operational-control areas.
