Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents BSP's second Sustainability Report, covering 2025 activities and a voluntary ESG disclosure. It highlights a 2024 impact-based materiality assessment that prioritised five areas, including financial health, gender-based violence, workforce capability, ESG governance and climate vulnerability. Environmental actions include new Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions-capture systems and disposal of 2.4 tonnes of plastic waste from card upgrades, although emissions targets have not yet been set. Governance is structured through the Group Board, Board Risk Committee, ESG Steering Committee and Group ESG Office.
