Overview

The report presents Bühler's 2021 sustainability KPI baseline, covering 56 tracked indicators and expanding environmental reporting to all 30 manufacturing sites. It reports 15,335 t CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 54,896 t CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 841,083 t CO2e of Scope 3 emissions, alongside 596,549 GJ of organizational energy consumption. The report also describes a stakeholder materiality assessment covering 48 topics across economy, humanity and nature.
