The report presents Bühler's 2023 KPI disclosures across economy, nature and humanity. It reports direct economic value generated as revenue of 3,009 mCHF, energy consumption of 581,760 GJ, and total water withdrawal of 252,423 m3. Gross emissions were 16,663 t CO2e for Scope 1, 40,846 t CO2e for location-based Scope 2, 30,562 t CO2e for market-based Scope 2, and 715,880 t CO2e for Scope 3; total waste generated was 15,381 t. Humanity KPIs include 1,496 employee turnovers and a 0.94 work-related injury rate.
