ESG Report

Overview

The report reviews BPI's 2022 ESG approach and finds an 18% improvement in the portfolio's average ESG score compared with 2021. It highlights stronger performance across governance, diversity and inclusion, working environment, data security, supply chain and environmental management. BPI also reports greener-office initiatives, VentureESG membership and participation in Hubert Burda Media's climate-neutral program. For 2023, it created ESG champions across all four offices and continued work on diversity, governance and board engagement.
