Overview

The report presents BPI's ESG approach through due diligence, portfolio management, and internal operations. It highlights ESG ambassadors across four offices and a 31-question questionnaire covering eight ESG areas, with three KPIs selected for 2023. Portfolio results include 84% of companies fulfilling basic D&I requirements and 95% fulfilling basic team and working-environment requirements. For 2024, BPI identifies team ESG challenges and training, materiality work, and greater ownership and cooperation as priorities.
