Overview

The report presents Burlington's FY2019 CSR efforts across associates, communities, environment, supply chain and governance. It reports approximately 47,000 associates, with 75% self-identifying as female, and highlights more than 5,800 promotions. Environmental disclosures include Scope 1 emissions of 24,793 MT CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 167,929 MT CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 78,803 MT CO2e, alongside a 25% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2016. The report also covers energy, water, waste, responsible sourcing and board-level risk oversight.
