Overview

The report describes BWP Trust's 2023 ESG approach across 73 Australian properties, with reporting limited to areas under its operational control. Scope 1 emissions were zero, while gross Scope 2 emissions were 49.41 tonnes CO2e and the net Scope 2 position was zero after green electricity and ACCUs. Solar systems produced 693,717 kWh and avoided 390 tonnes CO2e; LEDs covered all Trust-owned properties in at least one area, and solar operated at 24 properties. Scope 3 assessment remained in progress, while the Trust participated in CDP and completed external emissions assurance.
