Overview

The report describes Byggmax's environmental program and a 25-percent reduction target per ton of goods transported between 2009 and 2020. In 2013, freight per ton fell 15 percent and transport CO2 emissions per ton fell 8 percent, while absolute CO2 emissions were 15,662 ton. Total emissions of greenhouse gases and environmentally hazardous substances nevertheless increased since 2009 as the store network grew from 61 to 105.
