Overview

The report is the Group's fifth ESG report for 2024. It places ESG oversight with the Board and an ESG Working Group, reports 15,835 employees, and describes ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001-certified management systems. The report also discloses environmental KPIs for its selected reporting scope and highlights extensive employee training, customer service, responsible procurement and community investment initiatives.
