Overview

The report is CHG's first Sustainability Report, organized around People, Planet and Purpose. For 2022, it highlights a third-party materiality assessment, a workforce of 4,000 employees, and broad employee DEI and community-giving programs. Environmental priorities include tracking facility energy, water and waste data, LEED and BREEAM building initiatives, and sustainable sourcing. CHG also describes Scope 1, 2 and 3 audits and identifies upstream wheat production as its largest operational GHG source.
