Overview

The report describes the Group’s 2021 ESG governance, including Board oversight and an annual materiality review. It reports 545 employees at year-end and no employee on-duty casualty or other serious accident. Environmental disclosures include electricity and water consumption for the apparel and PPE businesses; PPE operations were discontinued in December 2021. The Group also reports RMB1.3 million in cash donations to charitable organizations, alongside donated masks, pandemic supplies and clothing.
