Overview

The report describes Cal-Maine Foods' FY2020 sustainability efforts across people, food choices, environmental stewardship, animal welfare, communities and governance. It reports 3,636 colleagues at fiscal year-end, 100% training for applicable colleagues, and the introduction of SASB-aligned disclosures. Environmental measurement remains under development, with GHG emissions, energy and water metrics not yet fully reported. Community support included approximately 2.2 million dozen fresh shell egg donations.
