Overview

The report presents Marelli's 2023 performance across its global workforce, operations and supply chain. It reports 43,585 employees and JPY 1,606,588m in revenue, alongside Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 59,961 and 334,812 tCO2e/year respectively. Marelli states a net-zero carbon commitment by 2045, with carbon neutrality in operations targeted for 2030. The report is prepared in accordance with the Universal GRI Standards 2021 and includes EY limited assurance over specified sustainability KPIs and the GHG statement.
