Overview

The report presents CLCT's FY2022 sustainability performance across its 20-property portfolio, highlighting green certifications, green leasing, sustainability-linked financing and reductions in carbon, energy and water intensity. It reports 41,700 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 88,029 MWh of energy consumption, 711,010 m3 of water consumption and 8,125 tonnes of waste generated. Social disclosures include 498 employees, zero work-related fatalities involving staff and contractors, and 25.0% female representation on the Board.
