The report shows resilient FY 2024 operations despite headwinds, with gross revenue of RMB1,837.6 million and net property income of RMB1,219.1 million. Sustainability highlights include a second consecutive 5-star GRESB Real Estate Assessment, approximately 60% of the portfolio LEED Gold certified, and zero incidents resulting in fatality and permanent disability for employees and contractors.
