Overview

The report presents CICT's 2025 sustainability performance, including a 100% green-rated portfolio and new BCA Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) achievements. Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions were 62,147 tonnes of CO2e, a 13% reduction from the 2019 baseline, while Scope 3 reporting expanded to seven categories. It also highlights continued sustainability-linked and green financing and progress toward CICT's climate and resource-efficiency targets.
