Overview

The report covers CMMT's five shopping malls and complementary office block for 2020. It reports total energy consumption of 52.12 MWh and water consumption of about 551,922 m3, alongside reductions in water usage, carbon intensity and energy intensity from the 2009 baseline. It notes that 73% of the portfolio achieved a green rating and that ISO14001 certification was retained. During COVID-19, CMMT invested about RM212,000 to support 4,000 children, 80 orphanages and 300 needy families.
