Overview

The report covers Capricorn's first full year of operations following the acquisition of Shell's Western Desert portfolio in Egypt. Group revenue was US$229.6m, while equity Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions were reported at 269,412, 223 and 2,083,388 tCO2e, respectively. The company maintained its net-zero-by-2040 commitment, with 15% and 30% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction targets for 2025 and 2030.
