Overview

The report covers the Group's 2016 sustainability activities in Malaysia and Singapore, excluding the Sri Lanka associate, and organizes performance around economic, environmental and social priorities. It reports 1,926 people employed, RM754 million in excise duties and RM66 million in direct taxes. Environmental highlights include a 3% cut in CO2 emissions, 4% lower electricity consumption and 90% recycling of bottles, kegs and crates. The company also reached over 15,000 people through responsible-drinking awareness and on-ground activation.
