Overview

The report presents Carrefour's 2021 CSR performance, including climate targets, workforce scale, packaging progress and gender representation. It reports 1,483,001 T. CO2 eq. of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and a carbon-neutrality target for direct operations by 2040. The Group had 319,565 employees worldwide, while packaging reduction reached 11,068 tonnes cumulatively since 2017. Women represented 46% of the Board and 55.6% of the workforce.
