Overview

The report covers the year ended 31 March 2022 and presents group-wide ESG performance for Hong Kong food catering operations, including a Central Kitchen added in December 2021. It reports 9.0 tonnes CO2-e of Scope 1, 223.4 tonnes CO2-e of Scope 2 and 5.2 tonnes CO2-e of Scope 3 emissions, for total GHG emissions of 237.6 tonnes CO2-e. Total energy consumption was 629.6 MWh-e, water consumption was 8,253.0 m3, and the 95-employee workforce recorded zero work-related fatalities. The Group also contributed HK$151,000 to a scholarship programme.
