Overview

The report describes CCK's refreshed sustainability methodology and a phased move toward integrated strategy and reporting. It reports a materiality assessment that identified and prioritised 14 material matters, followed by six core matters for the Group. The report also highlights training, a Career Advancement Program for retail crews, and a staff establishment of more than 2000 employees. Community initiatives included fresh-chicken support for families affected by lockdowns and continued food contributions to a school programme.
