Overview

The report presents Cefla Group's 2024 sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance topics, using an ESRS-inspired structure and double materiality analysis. Renewable energy increased to 7.3% of the energy mix, while the report introduced a Scope 3 Category 11 disclosure of 1,981.670 tCO2e. The Group reported 1,882 employees, 23,565 training hours and 7,217.05 tonnes of waste generated. It also records new gender-equality and health-and-safety certifications for Cefla s.c.
