Overview

The report presents Cementir Group's 2014 environmental and social performance across its cement, ready-mix concrete and waste activities. Group cement-plant CO2 emissions totaled 6.69 million metric tons, while water use was 4.80 Million cubic meter and waste produced was 140,523 metric tons. The year also saw 30,508 HSE training hours and two fatal accidents in cement production facilities, alongside continued use of alternative fuels and environmental certifications.
