The report describes the Bank's 2019-20 financial literacy and rural development initiatives, including 39,430 village visits reaching 542,385 persons through 48 FLCCs. Its RSETIs delivered 969 training programmes to 27,376 candidates, while financial inclusion activities covered 22,706 villages through 6,387 BC Agents.
