Overview

The report covers Centurion's consolidated Group operations for FY 2024 and describes a sustainability governance model in which the Board oversees ESG, supported by the Sustainability Steering Committee. Environmental disclosures report 49,922 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 21,465 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 4,327,227 m3 of water consumption; Scope 3 data is still under development. The Group reports 539 employees and continued resident and community programmes, while setting a Scope 1 and 2 net-zero target for FY 2050. FY 2022 and FY 2023 utility data were restated, and the report states that external assurance was not obtained.
